Crisnic Fund S.A. was founded by Anthony Gentile. Mr. Gentile has 27 years
experience in the financial services industry. Prior to forming the Crisnic Fund, Mr.
Gentile is also the founder and manager of IFG Opportunity Fund. Mr.Gentile was
also founder and president of Institutional Finance Group; a Company that
structured private placement transactions for publicly traded companies.
Institutional Finance Group arranged and placed approximately $220 million in
equity and debt financing for these companies.
Previously, Mr. Gentile was a VP with Bear Stearns in their Private Client Services
Group, where he managed individual and corporate portfolios. Mr. Gentile was
also a Senior Vice President in the Executive Services Group at Gruntal and
Company. Mr. Gentile began his career in financial services with Pioneer Western
Corporation, now part of the Aegon Group. While there he earned the distinction
of being the youngest person to become part of Chairman’s Council, a record that
still stands more than 20 years later.
