Look at the first 4 lines on this snapshot. The first 2 datapak numbers are 1 off, however the confirmation numbers are 8 off. I would expect that all online orders would have the same difference in datapak shipping numbers. You can also see this difference in orders over the past 2 days. Datapak numbers ending in 156 to 161 while confirmation numbers are 36 apart!

I can only guess that datapak numbers are coming from online orders and that HD confirmation numbers include phone and internet orders. Any thoughts on this?

What we need is some phone orders to see if they give HD confirmation numbers and what the datapak numbers look like. We do have 1 outlier on a phone order where the ending datapak number section starts with a 0 instead of 5 (harley53). Notice that the ending number is 1002 - is that the number of phone orders to that point?

Lots to speculate!
