RS Joke - what's this language in the filing that says

"one of seven ratios: 1-for-2, 1-for-3, 1-for-4, 1-for-5, 1-for-10, 1-for-20, or 1-for-50, as selected by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion" ??

C'mon...what kind of game is that? Man up and just say a 1-50...that's what we all know they'll choose.
