FYI. About mid-June,09, I attended a conference in Las Vegas hosted by Belmont and Pac-West. At that time, I had some discussion with J. Meuse regarding intellectual property assets held by Eurotech. On 27 July, on behalf of another company, I inquired about the availability of EUOT. Here is the response I received:

The EUOT is a shell that was sold and is no longer available. However, I can get you a shell with similar characteristics if you need.

Since that time I was never able to get additional information from Day or Meuse about EUOT. Now you/we are being stonewalled again.

A foreign company named EURO TECH HOLDING COMPANY LIMITED filed a Form 6K on 12/28/2009 with annotation the company would file Form 20-F Annual Reports. Thisreport seemed to be an interimreport for period ending 6/30/2009. There was an Exhibit attached which I haven't found. The company is located in Hong Kong...
