Partially, yes. He stated that the partnership was going to be announced when they made their presentation at the NASDAQ. That lead to all the quick hitters to go running for the hills. Never mind that he stated that this was a result of the partner requesting that this be held back. A pull back was expected, and that's what happened.

And as for the charts, screw them. With penny stocks, you can't use technicals to predict where they are going to go. Right now, the bottom is .085. and my guess is that it would test it if no news comes out anytime soon. But, I'm believe that there is going to be news shortly. But to say when...that's anyone's guess.

So, you have a choice here, $hit, or get off the pot....and I'm dropping a big load, because I have confidence that this will pan out in the near and long term.
