Thats twice now that they have PR'd a date that the Contract will be signed and he sells shares right up to the date that they have given. The same thing happened in April.

He is putting dates out there hoping the PPS runs up and having these planned sells right before the date so that he sells before the next PPS dump after they miss the deadline.

Watch it fall tomorrow and him selling at .07 makes him look smart.

If they don't release the BIG NEWS tomorrow. It will fall.
