Diedre may not have participated in a CC previously while employed by General Electric or her recent past employer, and I would like to add that she did a fine job ,if infact this be true. It has to be a stressfull experience to step into the limelight, as she did, and expose herself to the world of BB stock investors. She had a very difficult task bringing herself up to speed in the short time she has been with BSTI in order to be able to withstand the pressures of a CC. She had much to learn in a short time about a very specialized field inwhich she had nada experience. On several occasions it appeared that she took the conversation away from Tim as he was not handling things as he should and was not coming off to well.....the sheriff to the rescue....
