Same here. The Judge did state that an appointment of an Examiner will also find out whether the proper decisions are being made in "this court". I highly doubt she'll turn it down because the EC has not received everything. These delays with production of documents will only further delay this case. An Examiner will be the 3rd party confirming the accuracy or discrepancies in the POR.
