Wow- If anybody has ever talled to the T/A, they would know that EXPH only issues paper CERTs. A paper CERT takes a minimum of a week to clear to become tradeable. The O/S is updated the seconds a paper CERT is issued. Anybody claiming the volume today is from today's O/S raise is 100% wrong. Don't forget about Mail/Fedex time.
