ok, here is the correct number as I know it:

SHARES OUTSTANDING 453.5M

Don't let the number of shares scare you as this stock will pop when a PR is released. BUGS does not release frivolous PR's, so when something comes out (and it will), look for a meaty PR which will give you a profit for your risk. GLTY
