Things are heating up. Finally

Already holds in excess of 16 Billion "free trading" and unrestricted shares of the Company's Common Stock.. This will place their holding in excess of 9% of our outstanding shares of Common Stock.
Will be holding their shares of the Company's Common Stock in Stock Certificate form and not in the DTC system.
