The less P.V speaks or puts out any p/r the better for CCTR....now we know how he operates, pump up the troops than dilute the shares....I'm guessing the rate he is going diluting the shares he will reach his MILESTONE 1 billion O/S by year end.....Then what!!...We shareholders will see it R/S back to 20,000,000 and then we will reach our .05 s/p that he is always talking about.....I'm totally disappointed in this play.
