It's all in the marketing and producing a better product. Talk to someone who works professionally in the sales and marketing department of a major company.

Your question is like asking, "They already have carbonated beverages, what makes this "coke" going to be any better than RC or Pepsi?" A better product and marketing.

Social media sites: why is facebook better than myspace?
videos online: why is youtube better than others?
cars: why are japanese cars better than american?
printers: why are HP laserjets better than other laser printers?
real estate: why is century 21 better than other realtors?
