Sounds like a backdoor way for BP to operate in American waters, and why is the government being held accountable, this is suppose to be capitolism, and oil companies being free to operate, until they screw up royally. First they lied about the extent of the spill, and then they let America know that they are the biggest incompetents when it comes to dealing with problems from the spill.

If this was China someone would be getting killed, and the idiots in charge of BP, RIG, and HAL should all be held accountable. Its like the three people who murder somebody and each claim the other did it, they are all quilty, they should all pay the price.

Really angry that the Celtics played poorly last night.
