However, I do know that the new management team probably will not fold the tent that easy. They are going to have to get the Caveat Emptor status removed so they can sell shares to raise revenue to pay bills. They have raised their A/S to 4B. So IMHO, they are working on getting their financials submitted to the BCSEC.
