(this is the form you need to fill in: http://www.horizonedocs.com/artform.php)

contact BP and mention:

1. the ONYX Marine Oil Spill HE System (http://www.onyxscientificinc.com/oilcleanuptech.html)

2. the HSCC real time video feed (http://www.homelandsecuritycorporation.com/venture.php?venture_id=18)

With the Gulf Oil Spill crisis; BP COO reported in the news (6/9/10 CNN) the delay they are experiencing in sharing data with other agencies on the underwater robotics systems is with the video transmissions. They currently take HD video of the robotics doing the work, then send those feeds up to the ship where they require massive storage discs that slowly collect and reassemble the data frame by frame. Due to bandwidth issues they are only able to send low resolution images to shore. So after hours of storage and reclamation of data, the hard disc units with the HD videos have to be physically transported off the ship to shore where they can be reviewed prior to being disseminated. This process takes anywhere from 12-24 hours. By utilizing our new system, the raw HD video feed would have the ability to be linked from camera to ship, then to shore in near real time where real time decisions could be made.
