EUOT has a few less than 100M OS. I would not expect a reverse of more than 1 for 20 to bring the OS down to 5M. If the buyer takes 67% of the OS and Belmont holds back a few million, I doubt a RS will be effected in the very near term. They would most likely increase the AS, distribute more shres, and then do the reverse. In the latter scenario, the ratio would be greater than 1 for 20.
