mmoy, I've never had any problems re-imaging/re-sizing partitions/drives, NTFS or FAT32, with Drive Image, which depending on how recent your version of Ghost is, may be the same thing, since Symantec bought out PowerQuest >:( , and now uses "Drive Image Technology".
I wish they'd kept their mitts off, I've never been pleased with Symantec, and PowerQuest products have never let me down.
