the marine products faces allot of competition, Go to yahoo or other search engine, type in underwater camera, look at what comes up, I counted over 10 major players and I did not even search them all or that hard. Marine division will have to keep prices low, and keep lowering them as more and more competition comes to market.

Management should either re-state a new lower FY 2001 revenue projection or confirm they are comfortable with the existing projection. Even FG thinks it should be cut to 25% of the existing projection.
