I don't see a reverse merger. I see both companies benefiting from combining their expertise and technologies. ONYX has some real GeeWiz stuff that when you put it with HSCC camera systems you have some very powerful platforms. Since ONYX is is a private company, most likely by choice. You can't buy stock but you can buy HSCC which is using their video compression and encryption. Investing in HSCC is investing in ONYX.
