What you posted Renee is more or less what I was assuming the implication was. Thank you for stepping up and spelling it all out. I cannot nor will i even attempt to disagree with your observations. I can clearly see the temptations and would be extremely hard for anyone to resist.

But, there is somewhat more more to this equation that no one has brought forth for a discussion.

If you would indulge me to list five other items i have taken note of..... well, lets just say four items, because I know the first one will not carry any weight with people holding the same opinion as you. Having admitted that fact, the first one actually does carry some serious weight with me, because I witnessed it.

1st --- On Feb 4th 2010, I asked the CEO this exact question.....face to face, nose to nose, and all the while I was grasping his hand in a very extended handshake. His reply to me was that neither he, nor Glenn has ever sold one single share of EXPH. It is virtually impossible for anyone to tell me a flat out lie while I have their attention. One's body language and looking people in the eye just simply means more to me, as a person.

2nd -- To vote for and then announce the private Dividend entity for etc. back in Dec of 09 should tell us they hold/held the shares to get the vote passed, regardless of what other shareholders may have wanted and cast their vote for.

3rd -- If the divy had went through, they would stll need to hold the majority shares to have any control in this private entity.

4th -- To vote for and then pass an A/S increase without any shareholder vote would tell me they hold the majority of shares.

5th -- Currently, two individuals sit on EXPH's Board of Directors. These same two individuals have been sitting on the Board of Directors throughout this whole time period, going back to Sept. of 09.

I need to verify my next sentence, but as far as I can glean..... A seat on the Board of Directors requires owning a minimum of ten percent of the O/S.... yeah, I been asking a few questions lately. :)

edited: forgot something.... the sell-off back in Sept was imo traders taking off with profits and Ol'Jerry sure got caught with his pants down, not crying about it , just stating a fact.
