That's correct. As for the NY & NJ litigation, what do you expect from two of the most corrupt, financially irresponsible states in the nation (I've lived in both). Of course they're going to attempt to "put their boot to the throat" of a chemical company if they feel they can milk them for every last possible cent. And judging by the history of their legisltures, much of any windfall would likely go not for clean up, but to pay for pet projects and the like. If this was just about recovering $$ for site clean ups, this would have been settled long ago.
