Sorry RAIN,... LOLLMFAO!
I can get a bit wound up. Especially today, I did my DD and found out some things. I report them and people start hacking away at me. I own a substantial piece of this company, AND I very much like the board. But, it is NEVER helpful (I have found) for people to attack one another or defend their "position" simply out of impulse or fear.
Now, we all invest our hard-earned money- so I get the tendency- but I don't like being harassed because of my message. If my message is inaccurate that is something else, by all means- let's all learn something!
For example, I spoke with Ken Glynn and he told me that the restricted shares can not be traded until the company is current with their filings. Besides, we all know about the 1% rule. <Now, if someone had a problem with me FINDING OUT WHAT THE BOARD DISCUSSION WAS ABOUT AND GOING TO KEN TO FIND THE ANSWER (from the horse's mouth so to speak) well that should not be the case in my view.> THEN, when I report the RULES of trading (that I know apply to Big Board stocks) and Ken says apply to him,...but someone KNOWS do NOT apply to PENNIES,...then I want to know about it DAMNIT!!!
So,... instead of having factual or practical discourse about the events being discussed, the board turns into an immature, reactive, and useless bitch-fest!!! THAT PISSES ME OFF!!!
If I am misinterpreting, misunderstanding, or misconstruing something then EXPLAIN IT to me and help me understand-- and I will try to do likewise.
Too many posters got in my face today when I was trying to make sense of what was being posted re: restrictions, dilution, and all the rest.
So anyway, I think we can all be assets to one another. AND, if anyone knows anything about PINKS relating to restrictions and all the rest please pass it along. Specifically with being fully reporting (10Q's & 10K's) as well as Rule 144...does this NOT apply to pinks? As far as I know they do, so what gives?
Now I apologize in advance for the long-windedness. I only have a few posts here and try to pack my info in and I got hot easily so please forgive me if I offended anyone here today. I will try to do better going forward.
