Seems to me with all the other available OTC/pink shops out there that can be easily (or easier) researched that INBG is just shooting themselves in the foot. I mean, why even bother with this one anymore? I got my wife who speaks Chinese to track some of this down and she can't do it, that blog guy who is close enough to physically check on things can't get info, etc. At this point, doesn't matter if it's a scam or not, it's just too hard to get reliable information either way, anyone playing this right now is just gambling even more so than normally on these lotto plays, especially considering how this has been diluted to hell and back this last year. Good luck to everyone in this, hope it has a happy ending for you all. I'm sure it'll pop at some point, hopefully before a reverse split wipes everyone out.
