not sure if you got it quite right. the decision on the stay is over. no !!!
the decision on lifting the chill is what is being decided after june 28th.
the stay was to give TEMPORARY relief to ipwg shareholders until the decision to lift the chill is made.

the two are independent situations --- with one having no bearing on the other. the stay issue was determining if ipwg shareholders are being harmed by the chill. and the sec in their infinite wisdom, feel it is not hurting us. the other decision is to determine if the dtcc should lift the chill or not.
