Still no PR. Even without PR I'd expect a little jump in the price here. It's pretty obvious that some people just don't get where this company is headed, despite some of the delay they have had. This thing is so much undervalued. Hopefully with the coming PR BLVI will move steady to higher PPS. GLTA.
