Could someone please help me here?

would you mind confirming something for me. In regard to the TASR chart, is that an inverted cup and handle, through Nov and the first week of Dec? Possibily having indicated the fall of TASR in Jan? Which of course was futher ampliphied by their bad press.

Would sure appreciate you opinion on this one.
