My guess is full on injunctions delaying the exit from BK until 2011 or until 2012. It can be done. Stay tuned.

And there is no way we are going to take Warrants that have an expiry date like Calpine. To much has been learned about the value of the assets, here.

I will subpeona every inside document between Paterson / Harvey and Fairfax if I have to. imo, most of the executive and the Board belong in jail for not coming out and saying that the assets have value. Maybe one of the reasons that Fairfax had one of their members resign from the Board (conflict of interest).

It should be clear that it's all about Emission Credits and Cap & Trade. That's why we own it. And when Danny Williams finds out how much the Nfld assets are really worth -- well it could lead to an entire Nationalization of the Canadian Forestry Industry.
