Cap & Trade - Obama's Speech on BP


Some people believe that President Obama may use tonight's speech on BP to bridge discussions on why a formal Cap & Trade system is necessary.

That's why Obama is strangely aloof. This plays right into his hands. He is going to make a big speech on tv and declare this disaster as the final justification for Cap & Trade. It's a done deal. Watch.
