Ed Marshal is The man who refuses to pay 25 k dollars as ordered by a court.

Yet he receives more than 170 k dollars from MZEI a company that is broke and issues new shares to pay for Marshal and his Wife.

Marshal has been a cancer on MZEI sucking it dry
