although i still have an active interest in this stock, the entire matter at hand and all of the people i have met through this experience, i just don't have the time or resources right now to champion this effort....i am more than happy to post my feelings, opinions and information to assist and bring some light to the real issues at hand, but at this time i must remain true to other causes to which i have committed myself, i strongly feel that a grave injustice is in play here and that many forms of claims and legal actions can and will prevail to shareholder's benefit, it will take an enormous ammount of effort, coordination and probably a substantial ammount of money....the biggest thing to consider is discovery of the facts to support an anti-trust suit or other form of action....much of that process has been completed by this group already....the problem is is that the information is random and spread out all over the place, it needs to be assembled in manner to which a legal team can understand it and fill in the holes, for instance: the timeline is very incriminating between the patenting of Niprisan and the "discovery" of 5-HMF, this is a hole that needs to be filled in order to prove that VCU and all of the other potential conspirators are in effect attempting to steal on an international level and further, attempting to monopolize trade AND commerce....if someone can find the right team willing to take on this challenging case i am more than confident that justice can prevail
