please help; im on a funeral tour

Good morning all, i have been at funerals for the past week. two in a week, and have been away from my stocks. yesterday people called me to say 15cents on katx. i go nuts on a brief DD and see the two pr's. joint venture and restricted shares, Here is my question isnt this what we wanted? so why did we lose 7 cents a share. is there something im missing and what is the date for share ownership to get the BVIG shares and when will we get them.
