Out of curiosity, has anything changed in your weekly (or less than weekly) communications with management? Has anything they've mentioned to you in you last 100 phone calls to them (over the last two years) ever come to fruition?

Besides putting out a PR about the Preferred, can you give us an example of something they've done after they said they would do it?

You've mentioned that some have had their Preferred converted, however, nobody here on IH (or SI, RB, or Yahoo) has seen those conversions.
