Not trying to put a damper on the party, just trying to point out the fact that this might not be a great deal for IDCN holders. It might not be an instant windfall like so many are thinking. My guess is GIMU holders will benefit more than IDCN holders initially because they have the money and the power. IDCN is a shell company with some mineral rights that will take a lot of liquidity to turn those properties profitable. Having no money is why IDCN would seek out a R/M with a liquid company. GIMU holders will benefit more initially because they will get free IDCN shares as payment while IDCN holders will probably convert their shares based on a predetermined number after a reverse split.

This is conjecture on my part but I have seen several of these mergers take place.

Everyone needs to step back and realize money never just falls from the sky. There is always a price to pay for future success.
