Al4343 the poor shareholder base and Mr. Kelly's fall from the pinnacle are mutually exclusive since it was that shareholder base that elevated the man to the lofty heights he never had to climb to and the fall from that height is the result of reality. Personally I like Mr. Kelly and I believe he is a man of vision but it has been clear to me that this man is the same man who couldn't read a script in the first conference call. By the way let this be a lesson to all of those who bet on the merger as their pot of rising stock price gold. This has been a value play since last fall and not one penny of value has been lost and some of the picture is clearer Mr. Kelly is not the man to lead CDED to the next level Mr. Kelly's businesses would be better off in other managers hands and CDED still has a poor shareholder base.
