Revocation by District of Columbia

Just received email response as to when and why Eurotech's standing was revoked by DCRA:

"Eurotech, ltd was revoked 9/14/2009 for failure to file the 2009 report which, was due April 15, 2009."

As HDOGTX believes, Eurotech is now domiciled in another jurisdiction. Transfer Agent now being Pac-West Transfer is an important part of the action necessary for Belmont to sell a control block of Eurotech shares to a private company.

Not certain EUOT is being sold as a shell company. Normally, a shell company has no operation, no assets, and no liabilities. I believe it possible that Euroech still holds intellectual property assets and perhaps ownership of some tradable TCNH shares. Time will tell.
