Looks like my .03 s/p will never see the light of day....P.V do not seem to care about the shareholders. SEC or not he is convince in his mind that CCTR and the rest of his holding will catapult some day.....Forget it everybody...They fill their own pockets first....WAY too much DILUTION.(Nasdaq or whatever major international exchange he is contemplating will be trading someday) will not happen with 1 billion share diluted....GLTA
