Mr. Kubby has confirmed that CBIS is open
mr. K won/retained intell rights to certain product X & some shares (10mll or so restricted) of HIS were cancelled.

I would like to state that Mr. Kubby seems like a very nice guy,
he wises cbis nothing but goodness
kubby has a med/FDA team and formed a private co to take his product to market
