No matter what anybody thinks,the bottom line is this stock has been artificially held down and it's not all from the MM'S.

Frank stated in a PR back on July 12th I beleive about how he didn't understand why the PPS was not moving . He also stated that he as well as others had had a coallition looking into it with legal council I beleive.

Then the day of the CC he was asked almost the same thing and he said he dosen't understand how the market works. Never said a word or had a follow up to the BS July PR.

The BS that evrybody keeps saying that it wont't move until we get carriers is just CRAZY!!!! With all and I mean all the positive news we have gootten for months this stock should have bumped up a little each time, just like all the others do. Something is just not right about that part.

I've been in Penney stocks for 5 years now. I run 3 plc's and 6 monitors daily. I am financially independant because of this. I know how stocks work. I am not stupid.

I THINK IT'S TIME FOR ANOTHER CC, AND SOON. QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ANSWERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
