New state court documents filed on 10 June reflect the case is scheduled for trial on 11/15/2010. The docket control order was issued laying out specific dates and time lines for the case. The persons listed on the documents were David E. Wynne and Jimmy Williamson. It appears these were the attorneys for each side. Discovery is to end by 10/18/2010. So as I said previously this case will proceed on a fairly rapid track and we might see some resolution by 12/2010. Look for the share price to start ticking up. This should be a very positive move for Calypso, in my estimation. Glad I was able to pick up some cheap shares last week.
