Yea some people simply don't get it here and think that we, a company with no money, is some how in a position to simply sign 50/50 JV deals on properties that would cost 50 or 100 million in expenses to mine.

We pay for nothing in this deal and will earn 20%, which is not only a great deal, but will give us the captial needed to sign far better deals on other properties.

You can't do 50/50 deals if you can't put up anywhere close to the 50 % mark.
