And apparently for good reason. Steve Kubby (CBIS villain), has just succeeded in having a Texas federal judge invoke a nunc pro tunc ruling against CBI, rescinding and canceling all shareholder agreements. Thus in effect shares CBIS no longer technically exist. <http://www.nolanchart.com/article7781.ht.....>; This is payback for his inglorious ousted from CBI. Let me not fail to mention that both he and his brother were successfully prosecuted after his ouster by the SEC for malfeasance and fraud in their dealings with other companies prior to his involvement with CBI. As punishment he and his brother were expressly forbidden to ever participate in the management activities of a publicly owed company again. It appears that he has had his day in court and exacted his revenge .....
