Thank you Godsend. I think Clifton could be just as important as Lucky for us, although it's impossible to know at this stage as we have very little data on it. What I do find interesting is the relative density of copper:

Red Cliff: 1.0%
Lucky: 2.6%
Deer Harbour: 1.5%

This would appear to suggest to this entirely geologically uneducated investor both that Lucky has potentially the greatest copper resources, but also that Clifton (which is positioned between Lucky and Deer Harbour and of course is a HUGE area) could potentially yield good Cu results too.

Regarding Rusty Ridge and Shaylee, we have been promised an exploration programme this year and I am very confident that an option agreement or JV will be announced very soon.

We do not have a definitive date for work on RR but we do expect work to happen this summer.

I asked Ken about it in March...

Me: According to the GIS site the claim area referred to as Shaylee was only claimed very recently – Feb 11th this year – and this seems interesting to me as I understood that Shaylee was a claim area we already owned from last year or earlier. What are your general plans and timescales for exploring and proving up the mineral potential for this claim area, or are you looking to JV with it or maybe even sell it?

Ken: JV ventures are always welcomed, but the Shaylee property will receive an exploration program later in the year but will get some attention as we move along with the Rusty Ridge project because it is right next to the RR boundaries.

And then again in April...

Me: At the end of March you told me “JV ventures are always welcomed, but the Shaylee property will receive an exploration program later in the year but will get some attention as we move along with the Rusty Ridge project because it is right next to the RR boundaries.” does this mean that you have a JV in the pipeline for Rusty Ridge?

Ken: Not Necessarily, we have made a few new and unexpected discoveries on the RR during our last period of sampling so we will continue with a program summers program of the same and spend some time on the Shaylee right next door.

Good morning Ken,

In your CEO/CFO interview back in July last year you are quoted:

“There was an interpretation done by an independent geophysics company from Vancouver, on the other side of Canada, who likened many of the signatures that we are finding to that of the Olympic Dam in Australia.”

Also, a little while back in April you mentioned to me:

“…we have made a few new and unexpected discoveries on the RR during our last period of sampling so we will continue with a program summers program of the same and spend some time on the Shaylee right next door.”

I am very interested in Rusty Ridge. Can you elaborate at all on how Rusty Ridge is similar to Olympic Dam and what this might mean for Kat Exploration, and what your plans are for Rusty Ridge this summer?

Regards,

Rick

A portion of the write-up on the RR is posted on our website. It’s difficult to elaborate as you would have to research the Olympic Dam deposit and to see the similarities. You can compared also the 3D model of the OD to the one we have on our website.
Plus, the Uranium, gold, Rare Earth Elements along with base metals and the geological environment(rock types) hosting these minerals, all give it similar signatures to the OD.

We will certainly be giving this property serious attention in the near future.

When I first got Ken's response I was pleased he'd taken the time to respond at all because I know how busy he is, but I was a little disappointed. I felt he was just telling me what I already knew and referring me to the information on the website. I am an idiot! Later I went back to the email and looked at it again and that's when it suddenly struck me that he was telling me PRECISELY what I was asking him and just what I was wanting to hear...

Ken is confirming that the comparison between our claim Rusty Ridge and the Australian mine at Olympic Dam is far, FAR from being superficial.

Olympic Dam contains:

~ the world's fourth largest copper deposit
~ the world's fifth largest gold deposit
~ the world's largest uranium deposit
~ vast quantities of silver
~ vast amounts of copper
~ Rare Earth Elements

Now that to me is pretty exciting!
