I couldn't agree with your more. I have said before there are share holders out there that have invested much more than some single individual lien holders that are part of a group. The issue is at this time they carry more weight than the rest of us. IMO I don't believe they will walk away with everything and I can't believe any judge would grant them the outrageous interest rates and penalties that they are asking for.
