Silence sometimes means the end, but sometimes its the quiet before the storm.

A great example of this is CNEX. They were quiet, had dilution but they were actually raising money so they could explore a gold claim.

I believe that we are experiencing something like this here. We know they are delivering oil. We know they are working on other projects.

So yes, the pps here stinks, but if you think your .004 is bad, before averaging down I was averaged in at .0145. Nothing to whine about. Will grab some of these cheapies and REALLY drop my average.
