Guys, they will be doing a F/S IMO!

The current OS is 687k. They will be doing a FORWARD SPLIT in order to INCREASE LIQUIDITY.

Vaenza will give the CEO about 1 mil in shares right now so the OS will go to 1.687 mil. They then will do a 500:1 F/S or so, and the OS will go to 843 mil. They then have an AS of 2 bil (not verified yet, but looks good), and leave themselves 1.2 bil for capital raising.

Had they done an A/S of 5 bil or 10 bil that would be hard, but 2 bil is perfect.
