Fundamentally you are right about that PPS, BUT we have to remember this is pinksheets, and crazy things can happen with a little hype...a 2-3 cents PPS is not out of the question, but neither is a huge spike up to say 8-10 cents on a rush to get in. I have seen stocks of companies with practically NOTHING going on run from sub penny up into the pennies. PMDP has muti directional business and revenue directions. We could under a perfect storm get over a dime even IMO. Now that would be sweet...My point is that fundies do not allways apply to pinkies by the book. Lets hope for one of those rare fundamental defying runs here!! It could very well happen.
