Group Company Intend to Acquire HengSheng Sunshine Hotel in Langfang
On March 4, 2009, Hebei Circum-Bohai Sea Group Company signed a letter of intent with Hengsheng Sunshine Hotel in Langfang. After communication, the two sides reached an intentional agreement on the group company’s purchasing Sunshine Hotel ltd and the Hotels under it.
The Hotel is located in the developing zone of Langfang city, with a building area of 16,447 square meters. After decorating, it will be a large resort supplies business, leisure, entertainment and catering.
During the talks, the two sides are all confident about the future prospect of the hotel and think it will be the landmark building of Langfang. The two parties expressed their wish for future cooperation.
