They own BVIG almost entirely (except for an insignificant percentage). So, if they give all those shares to shareholders as you say, then who owns Handcamp? the shareholders? Get real. KAT will not give away all the shares to shareholders.

The point is, you said KAT didn't own a single share. what a joke!
