These men are not good spokesmen. Also why would BP pay to have 32 of these built and then use ESCOP. This is further disappiontng in the sense ESCOP alread has a contract with BP for its fractured wells. It appears that Costner was able to sell his idea before ESCOP. Not just to BP but possibly to the Coast Guard and other oil companies. Mid Gulf is basically into disater relief but not high tech. My analysis if Costners idea works ESCOP will be and also ran and literally in the CLEAN UP position after Costners equipment.
